Orders & Fulfillment

Products fulfilled through third parties:
Many items in our shop, including apparel and published material, are produced and shipped by third-party vendors like Printify and Amazon. By purchasing these items, you also agree to their fulfillment and return policies.

Products fulfilled by us:
Some items, such as sticker sheets or other handmade designs, may be processed and shipped directly by Cute In Christ. These orders follow separate policies regarding returns, cancellations, and shipping. Please refer to our Refund & Shipping Policy for details.

Payment Terms & Authorization

By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment details you submit are true and correct.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is declined or cannot be processed.

Customer Information Accuracy

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information at checkout, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details.

Cute In Christ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns or cancellations for in-house products unless otherwise noted. Third-party vendors’ policies apply to their respective products.

• For Printify items: We follow Printify’s replacement policy for misprints, damage, or incorrect items.

• For Amazon purchases: All returns and customer service are handled directly through Amazon.

• For In-House Items: See our Refund & Shipping Policy for eligibility and conditions.

Undelivered, Lost, Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, delivery is no longer within our control. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as "delivered" but not received.

• For packages marked as “delivered” but not received: Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In many cases, the package was delivered to the wrong address or is being held at the post office.

• For lost-in-transit packages: If your package has not moved or updated for an extended period, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We may be able to assist in providing tracking details or helping you start a missing mail search.

• For untracked shipping: If you selected an untracked shipping option, you accept the risk of non-delivery. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders shipped without tracking.

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds, we will always do our best to support you in resolving delivery issues.

International Orders & Customs Fees

For customers ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Cute In Christ LLC does not prepay or reimburse customs fees, taxes, or VAT for international shipments. Customs policies vary widely by country and can result in delays beyond our control.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and limit product availability. All orders are subject to approval and availability at the time of purchase.
