At Cute in Christ, each product in my shop features my original designs. Due to the handmade or made-to-order nature of my art, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

As a disclaimer: Cute In Christ LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues that fall outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding!

Processing Times

Production Time: 3-5 business days

(please allow this amount of time before your item has shipped)

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may be longer during holidays or weather-related delays. Please allow some flexibility during peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days

  • Tracking number included

International Shipping (All other countries)

  • USPS First-Class Package International Service: Typically arrives within 2-5 weeks

  • Tracking number included

Please Note: These shipping times are approximations taken from the USPS website and are subject to change given any delays.

Customs, Import Fees, & Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are not prepaid by us.

Please note:

  • If your package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

  • We will not mark items as gifts or declare lower values on customs forms doing so is illegal under U.S. law.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, you can submit a Missing Mail request directly through USPS here: https://missingmail.usps.com

“Delivered” But Not Received?

Packages are sometimes:

  • Delivered to a neighbor by mistake

  • Held at your local post office due to a missed delivery attempt

  • Marked “Return to Sender” if undeliverable

> Please contact your local USPS Post Office with the tracking number provided to file a report or locate your package.
