At Cute in Christ, each product in my shop features my original designs. To keep things sustainable and avoid unnecessary waste, I partner with a trusted print-on-demand company (Printify) to help bring these pieces to life. This allows me to focus on creating Christ-centered, cute designs while ensuring you receive beautiful items delivered to your door. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

As a disclaimer: All policies below reflect the guidelines set by my third-party production partner, Printify. Cute In Christ LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues that fall outside Printify's policies. Thank you for your understanding, and for your support of a small business run with care and transparency.

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Production Time: 3-7 business days (custom made for you!)

Shipping Time: 2-5 business days after production.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking via email once your order ships.

Please allow for the full production and shipping time to receive a tracking update. During holidays or busy seasons there may be a delay. Cute in Christ has no control of production times.

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days with a photo of the issue. I will be able to assist by reaching out to my fulfillment partner for a solution.

“Delivered” But Not Received?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as “delivered” before it actually arrives. If this happens:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or around your home

  • Wait 1–2 business days, sometimes deliveries show up shortly after being marked delivered

  • Still missing? Please contact your local USPS or carrier with the tracking number provided

Orders marked as “delivered” are typically not eligible for replacement, but I’ll always do my best to support you and provide guidance.

Is Shipping Insurance Available?

At this time, shipping insurance cannot be added to your order. Most of my partners do not include it by default. If a package is lost before being marked “delivered,” I can normally request a replacement on your behalf but this is entirely up to the printing company.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All items in this shop are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party partner (Printify), so returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue via email within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • Your order number

If approved, I will request a free reprint or refund on your behalf.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter production.

Since production begins quickly (often within a few hours), cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Disliking the product style or fit

Size charts are provided with every listing, please read them carefully before ordering.
